- In a bowl whisk together plain flour, wheat flour, salt, curd, baking powder, and 1 tbsp oil, set aside.

- Once the yeast in activated add it to the flour mixture gradually and knead the dough. Then cover the dough with a wet cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
